Bicycle Innovator Comes to the Bronx

A sculptor working to create eco-conscience vehicles is moving to the Bronx. The Bronx Times says artist Josh Hadar has purchased a former plumbing supplies warehouse in Claremont for $880,000 and his idea is to create new bike designs that are artistic, unique, and eco-friendly.

Hadar creates different types of metal sculptures, but he’s known for creating aesthically appealing bikes like the Solar E-Trike, which features solar power and carbon steel tubing.
