According to Multi-Housing News, the Mount Hope Renaissance has been purchased for $100 million by NCV Capital and partners, which will keep all 515 units as affordable housing.

Everything from kitchens to energy use will be renovated, says Globe St., and the NYC Department of Housing Preservation and Development will keep the apartments affordable by offering property tax exemption and low interest.

And in other Bronx development news, Real Estate Weekly reports that a NYS $595,000 Downtown Revitalization Award and a $350,000 loan from the borough will make it possible for the KZA Realty Group to convert 15 Canal Place into a space for artists called ‘Bronx Kreate Space’.
