From Spraying Subway Cars to Beautifying the US Open

In this eye-catching story, News12 the Bronx profiles the life and work of graffiti artist Sen2 Figueroa, who went from spraying designs on subway trains to being showcased at the 50th US Open last summer.

Sen2, whose real name is Sandro Figueroa and moved from Puerto Rico to New York in the 80s, was given the opportunity to cover eight tennis courts with his signature abstract, pop art, and graffiti blend. He now makes art in his Port Morris studio.
