(photo: Gary Axelbank)

The Yankees are having a world class season in their Bronx stadium and if you’re one of the millions of fans who will be going to a game, this guide by cityguideny of places to eat and things to do around the ballpark should come in handy.

In addition to restaurants and spots for fans to make merry in the vicinity of the stadium, the guide also points out the Bronx’ wonderful Bronx Museum of the Arts which is just an Aaron Judge homerun distance from the stadium.

  1. My fave for a quick snack with a cold one is Yankee Tavern on 161st St & Gerard Avenue. Parking is OKay, except on game days. I esp like fried Zucchini app. The bartender answers to JC Reasonable prices.
