With borough leaders boasting of $3.48 billion in total development in 2018 and just under $19 billion of development in the Bronx over the last ten years, the Commercial Observer has a summation of current development projects in the Bronx and others that are in the pipeline.

Some of the potential developments coming to the Boogie Down are a $3.5 billion eSports arena in Fordham Landing with a ground-breaking target of 2021, and the Universal Hip Hop Museum which is slated to open in 2023.

The article also references the Lit Bar, which recently replaced Barnes & Noble as the only bookstore in the borough, and Zona de Cuba, which became the first roof top bar, located on top of the Bronx General Post Office.
