Opprtunity Zones Changing the Bronx

Real Estate Weekly says that because the Bronx is becoming home to 75 of 300 Opportunity Zones in the city, this could lead to rapid investment and ultimately a different look to the borough over the next decade.

One investor told REW that the Opportunity Zones will continue to raise property values, which is fast transforming the Bronx.

Another says that it’s not just brokers who are interested for commercial and residential properties, but also non-profits, schools, and hospitals.
