WATCH! The City Island Viacommunity Day VIDEO

This is the exclusive video produced for City Island and Viacom about Viacommunity Day on April 20, 2018 when thirty volunteers from the mega-media company Viacom came to City Island to work with residents to help restore  the Island’s legendary nautical history.

The video chronicles the painting, planting, cleaning, and refurbishing of a number of locations on City Island Avenue.  It features comments by City Island residents as well as a number of the volunteers who were thrilled to do the work and at the same time get an education about the Island’s history.

Produced by GAX Productions, the video was shot and produced by Gary Axelbank and edited by Adiana Rivera for thisistheBronX.  Photographs were provided by Ron Terner Photography.
