We keep reading
Wanting to be believing
“Losing weight can be done”
But no one promises while having fun
So I will reduce it down to a smaller scale
And you won’t have to wail
You want to lose weight
Use a smaller plate
You love candy en masse
It might cause you a lot of gas
You can’t walk well you are stiff
Take an exercise class without a miss
You have spent your money-it’s gone
Don’t look so forlorn
Watch your money carefully where it goes today
You will have more tomorrow to play
Always think about tomorrow and do it your way.
