$3 Million For Bailey Houses Roof Repairs

After years of fighting against a leaky ceiling that caused harm and property damage, the Norwood News reports that $3 million will be used to fix horrible roof conditions at the Bailey Houses in Kingsbridge.

Assemblyman Victor Pichardo designated the money for the roof, saying that it’s in complete disrepair and  moldy. There have been attempts to fix the issue before but many of them have not worked out, so residents are cautiously optimistic this infusion will have affect.
