Sneakers, break dancing, and graffiti… oh my!! In 1983 when the south Bronx was exploding onto the scene of urban culture so too did the Reebok Classics – along with a group of gusty Bronx graffiti artists bombing train stations and walls around the city.

Graffiti artists both old and new were invited to an art show at Burn Rubber Sneaker Boutique in Tampa, FL which encouraged the artists to revamp the all white “Classics” into graffiti inspired artwork.
